Leasing/Renting - Our most important function is to provide owners with quality tenants. We strive to fill vacancies promptly through signage and electronic advertising.  No tenant, no monthly charge.

Maintenance -  Tenants appreciate our quick and capable response to service requests.

Accounting -  All clients receive monthly statements that list individual items of income and expense for each property. We also provide year-end summary reports.

Inspections -  The properties under our care are visited on a regular basis by leasing and personnel. We provide detailed on-site inspection reports for out of town owners with photographs showing property conditions.

Collections - We provide monthly rent collection services. Notices, postings required by the state, and eviction proceedings are handled as necessary by our staff.
